What Is Your
Response to
the Pope’s
Recent
Pronouncement
about Other
Faith
Traditions?
Just What
Does This
All Mean?
On Human
Division…
“The Father and
I are one.” And Jesus also
said…
“Keep those you
have given me true to your name,
so that they may
be one like us…”(John 17:17) And have we
done this?”
No, we have not…we have succumbed…
To the work of
the devil and divided into communities
Apart…because we
have disagreed over what now seem
Like
trivialities—human difference…not divine reason.
That these
differences are defined clearly now—and exposed
To light is
important and necessary.
It IS painful, yes…
We CAN agree on
that, certainly. Words,
however used,
Must be stated
so all can understand from whence one
Is formulating
one’s ground. That people
have built
Their faith
lives on histories of incompleteness and mistaken
Belief—many do
not even know the Truth of sacred Tradition…
Or what is the
role of magisterium…or that papal pronouncements
Are subject
to
tests—which
include
acceptance
By the People of
God…
AND
One cannot take
the word of the secular press.
One must read
this for oneself in the words of the documents…
For the press
tends to enflame passions—and work to make fury reside
In the hearts of
the ordinary persons who listen to emotions
Welling in such
delicate matters involving their souls’ breaths…
And have to cope
with others who also misunderstand the intent
Who also respond
out of hurt and pain miserably…
And I am NOT
saying this triumphantly—for I KNOW there are
Problems
involved on ALL sides of the issues…THAT WE BE ONE
Is my clarion
call! That we work intently
for it is what is intended (by God)!
I pray and love
my brothers and sisters who are Christ for me, too!
ALL OF YOU!
BLESS YOU, Lutheran, Methodist, Orthodox, leaving none!
